Cancellation Policy

Brain Master IELTS Program Policies 1. Program Enrollment and Eligibility Candidates must meet the minimum age and educational requirements to enroll in the IELTS preparation program. Enrollment is subject to availability and completion of the registration process. 2. Course Duration The IELTS preparation course consists of 20 sessions, each lasting 2 hours, totaling 40 hours of instruction. 3. Attendance and Participation Regular attendance is essential for effective learning. Candidates are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. In case of absence, candidates should notify the administration in advance where possible. Missed classes may affect the candidate’s preparedness. 4. Course Materials and Resources Brain Master will provide access to study materials, practice tests, and resources needed for IELTS preparation. Candidates are encouraged to use these materials diligently for best results. 5. Instructor Responsibilities Instructors will deliver the curriculum professionally and provide guidance and feedback to candidates. Brain Master strives to maintain high teaching standards and support candidate learning. 6. Candidate Responsibilities Candidates are responsible for their own learning, practice, and progress throughout the program. Active participation, consistent study, and practice outside of class hours are essential. 7. Examination Registration and Fees Candidates are responsible for registering and paying fees for the official IELTS exam separately from the preparation course fees. Brain Master may assist with guidance on registration but does not handle exam bookings. 8. Confidentiality and Data Protection Personal information provided during registration will be kept confidential and used only for course administration purposes. Brain Master complies with applicable data protection laws. 9. Refund and Cancellation Policy All fees paid for the IELTS preparation program are nonrefundable under any circumstances. Candidates are encouraged to consider this policy carefully before enrolling. 10. Disclaimer on IELTS Results The results of the IELTS examination depend entirely on the individual candidate's efforts and preparation. Brain Master does not take any responsibility for the IELTS results arising from a candidate’s negligence or lack of personal diligence. 11. Amendments Brain Master reserves the right to amend these policies at any time. Candidates will be informed of any changes.
