Registration Process

At Brain Master Inc., we want the enrollment process to be simple, transparent, and easy for every family. Please review the following registration, tuition, payment, and withdrawal policies before completing enrollment.

1. Registration

Registration may be completed online through the Brain Master registration portal or in person at our centre.

A completed registration form must include:

• Student information

• Parent/guardian contact information, including phone number and email address

• Program(s) selected

• Emergency contact information

A non-refundable registration fee of $77 applies to new enrollments. A 10% discount on the registration fee is offered for siblings.

2. Tuition & Fees

• All fees are due monthly and must be paid in advance on or before the first day of each month.

• Tuition is based on the student's registered program schedule and is not adjusted based on attendance.

• All fees are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed, subject to the withdrawal and refund terms outlined in the enrollment agreement.

• All fees are subject to applicable taxes.

 

3. Automatic Payment

Upon registration, parents are required to set up automatic monthly payments by credit card or direct debit.

• Monthly tuition payments will be automatically withdrawn on the 1st of each month.

• e-Transfer payments are accepted at account@brainmasterinc.com

• All cheques should be made payable to Brain Master Inc.

• If a payment is declined, a $40 administration fee will apply. The outstanding balance must be paid within 3 business days to avoid interruption of services.

 

4. Withdrawal Policy

Brain Master requires 30 days' written notice for withdrawal.

Tuition remains payable during the 30-day notice period, regardless of attendance. Automatic billing will continue during the notice period.
