I am Julie Thacker, founder and CEO of Brain Master Inc., and I am deeply honored to connect with you today. As a lawyer by profession and a lifelong advocate for education, I believe a CEO’s role extends beyond business leadership—it’s about being a Chief Empathy Officer, advocate, and cheerleader for the community’s growth and well-being.

 

I want to share a moment that shaped my mission. During a conversation with one of my students, he candidly expressed:

"Why is math so tough and boring? I don't understand it."

That moment resonated deeply with me. Since then, I have dedicated myself to empowering learners, transforming math from a subject of dread into a tool of confidence and a life skills program. Through innovative approaches—the world’s fastest way of solving mathematics—students develop reasoning, logical thinking, and analytical skills.

We have witnessed students gain not only mastery of math but also a positive mindset for STEM education, fostering academic success, confidence, and lifelong success. At Brain Master, learning goes beyond the classroom, equipping students with the skills and mindset to excel academically, think critically, and thrive in life beyond math.

A Global Journey of Impact:

My mission to empower learners has taken me across continents. I have had the privilege of working closely with communities in East Africa, contributing to education initiatives and skill development. My journey also brought me to India, where I collaborated with educators and learners to enhance STEM learning. Today, I am based in Canada, continuing this mission on a global scale—connecting learners, educators, and communities to inspire confidence, academic excellence, and lifelong success.

My core vision is rooted in the belief that children are society’s greatest gift and resource. Every individual, regardless of background or nationality, has untapped potential waiting to be realized. I envision a world where learners from diverse cultures and walks of life can fully realize their capabilities.

This vision drives Brain Master’s mission to equip students with the essential skills to thrive academically, socially, and personally. By empowering learners with advanced mathematical skills and problem-solving abilities, we cultivate a generation of adept problem solvers ready to tackle challenges across science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) on a global scale.

To date, we have had the privilege of inspiring and empowering over 10,000 students from 27 nationalities, and we continue to expand our reach worldwide.
