In Group 4, your child will refine their phonics knowledge, develop a deeper understanding of language structure, and gain confidence in reading and writing multi-syllabic words and simple stories. Through engaging and interactive lessons, students will master important grammar rules, sentence construction, and develop critical reading comprehension skills.

Sound & Word Study:

 

  • Comprehensive Review: 42 Main Letter Sounds.

  • Revision: Vowels and consonants.

  • Syllable Breakdown: Chin-drop syllables and multi-syllabic word division.

  • Double-Letter Sounds: ll, ff, ss, zz

  • The Floss Rule: Double f, l, s after a short vowel in one-syllable words.
